Century TV is an independent television production company, specialising in the production, facilitation and distribution of televised sports and major events.
Century TV was created in January 2004 by Tony Still and Rohan Browning, having previously spent over 30 years in the sports television and production industry. The company has worked in all 5 continents in some extremely challenging environments, working with both local and international management and production teams.
Based in our production offices in Shepperton Studios, just outside of London, Century TV provides the following services:-
- Live Multi Camera Outside Broadcast productions in High Definition and Standard Definition
- Post production with 5 Editing Suites including Avid Nitris and Adrenaline Facilities, capable of editing in both HD and SD, and supported by EditShare storage.
- Graphics and Motion design
- Satellite and Distribution Services
- Consultancy services for rights and production
- Event management
Century TV has produced hundreds of hours of live and-post produced programming for major clients such as FIFA and the ICC, and for major broadcasters such as the BBC, ITV and Sky in the UK, and more than 100 other broadcasters worldwide.
We have been Host Broadcasters on major events such as the ICC Cricket World Cup 2007, the Tour of Britain Cycling and the Stanford 20-20 for $20 Million Super Series.
The company is also involved with major non-sports events such as the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting and the Summit of the Americas.
We offer a full range of production services and can provide everything from single camera shoots to live multi-camera OBs, and from edit facilities to programme distribution.
